Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email.

United Kingdom shipping
- Standard (orders £0.00–£49.99): £4.99
- Free shipping (orders £50.00 and up): Free
- Express: £9.99

European Union shipping (selected countries)
- Standard international (orders £0.00 and up): £14.99
- Free shipping (orders £50.00 and up): Free

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination, courier, and seasonal demand. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details where available.

Large/bulky items
Some items may ship in multiple boxes or require special handling. Delivery may be split across more than one parcel. We will inform you if this applies.

Failed delivery / incorrect address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, redelivery may require an additional charge.

Import taxes and duties (EU orders)
For deliveries outside the UK, local import taxes, VAT, and customs duties may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Damaged parcels
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document it at delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number at contact@joyjungle.co.uk.
