RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident buying from us. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on our website.
14-day change-of-mind returns (online orders)
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason (change of mind). To do this, email us within 14 days of delivery at contact@joyjungle.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
Return window
After you notify us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back. Items must be returned with all parts included.
Condition of returns
Please return items:
- unused and in a resalable condition
- complete (all components, fixings, instructions)
- ideally in the original packaging (or equally protective packaging)
If an item shows handling or use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Free returns
We offer free return shipping for change-of-mind returns and for faulty/damaged items. We will confirm the return method by email (collection or return label, depending on the size of the goods).
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier).
- Original standard outbound delivery (if charged) is refunded for cancelled orders. Any premium delivery upgrades (e.g., express) are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like a different model, please contact us at contact@joyjungle.co.uk. The quickest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged, or missing parts
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will prioritise a resolution (replacement parts, replacement, repair, or refund).
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
